Arthur Eberle received his B.S. Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University and M.B.A. from The University of Memphis. He worked within a Fortune 100 company for ten years in environmental and OSHA related regulatory capacities. He also developed the safety training program for REC, a privately held corporation. He started CAA, Inc. in 1997 and began teaching Method 9 Training. His chief priority is to be an advocate for industry. Whether it’s training, consulting or litigation support, the goal for his company is to be The Smoke School That Trains You. Steve Nelson has more than 30 years experience in industry and construction. As foreman he provided weekly safety meetings for crew members numbering more than 200 employees weekly. In 2007, he joined CAA, Inc. where he has been promoted through the ranks from Environmental Technician to Maintenance Supervisor. He formerly planned and presented safety training for the U.S. Corps of Engineers. In his current position he ensures that all smoke operators produce consistent stable smoke.
