Arthur H. Eberle, B.S. ChE/MBA
President, Compliance Assurance Associates, Inc.

Mr. Eberle completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University in 1982. From 1982 to 1984 he worked under the direction of Dr George S. Buck supporting process development and expert witness testimony. From 1984-1993 Mr. Eberle was employed within various positions in the Fortune 100 companies which included a multitude of environmental and OSHA related duties. From 1993 until the founding of Compliance Assurance Associates, Inc. in 1997 Mr. was Marketing Director of REC where he developed and conducted the safety training program.

Mr. Eberle has taught sections of physical chemistry, developed, and taught MSDS and safety training programs, and utilized the EPA Guidelines to develop the Method 9 training program provided by Compliance Assurance Associates, Inc.

Mr. Eberle's, as President and owner of Compliance Assurance Associates, Inc. has made him the resident expert as well as the person responsible for making certain the training is conducted in compliance to the regulations, including the materials required by each state, and that each team adheres to the standards set forth in our company procedures.

Carrol G. "Mick" Kossow, Master Training Specialist, A.E.T.

Mr. Kossow retired honorably with the US Navy in 1995, serving as an Avionics Electronics Technician. He completed 240 hours of intensive instructor training, the methodology of teaching, and development of lesson plans leading to the designation as a Master Training Specialist. He developed and taught the curriculum for the 1080 hour course in basic electronics saving the D.O.D $35,000,000 annually. He taught the 320 hour Automated Test Set course and the 360 hour IR tracking systems course, in addition to supervising 35 instructors.

After his distinguished military career Mr. Kossow took a position at an electronics repair facility and introduced some of the basic concepts of Statistical Quality Control and process management, and achieved the ISO 9002 designation for the facility.

Mr. Kossow was hired by Compliance Assurance Associates, Inc. in 2007 as Operations Manager and lecturer. He has researched and written the summary addendum for Methods 203 A, B, C and begun on the re-write of the training manual. He has been active as a lecturer, field supervisor and team leader. At the beginning of 2008 Mr. Kossow was appointed by the board as an officer of the corporation, VP Operations. Mr. Kossow manages the day to day Operations of the Training provided by Compliance Assurance Associates, Inc.

Ronald Dimmer, CET Chemical Engineering Technologist

Mr. Dimmer was the Manager of the Lab and Field Services Group for Western Research & Developments from October 1969 till August 1981. He was responsible for the training of field personnel in all of the Source Testing Methods as outlined by the State and Federal Agencies. He was also responsible for the training, of the Sulphur Plant Field Test Teams that conducted performance test work in Canada.

In August of 1981 Mr. Dimmer was transferred to The United States and appointed the US Operations Manager for the firm. Mr. Dimmer was responsible for the expansion of the companies operation into the United States, Central, South America and the Pacific Rim. This included the training of all the staff plus the building 2 complete Mobile Laboratories for plant performance testing.

In May of 1992 Mr. Dimmer started Brimstone Engineering Inc. and as the President he was responsible for the direction, training and coordination of all performance and environmental testing that was conducted using the standard EPA Methods. Mr. Dimmer was responsible for the Development of the Annual Vail Sulphur Recovery Seminar and the expansion of this Seminar to Banff Alberta and Frankfort Germany. These Seminars were developed as a training tool and as a venue to inform industry of new operation procedures and new processes that would improve the efficiency and operations of the sulphur plants.

In December of 2007 Mr. Dimmer joined Compliance Assurance Associates, Inc. as the Training Director and will be involved in the Visible Emission Training Program for EPA method 9 and 22.

Kenneth Yates:

Kenneth Yates has close to 30 years regulatory experience with visible emissions experience dating to the early 1970's. He has conducted numerous VE readings, successfully taken enforcement actions on behalf of the regulatory community and successfully defended readings conducted for industry. Mr. Yates has contributed to the development of the lecture, in particular the history and legal/regulation sections.
